Dawkins, though not quite as readable as Hitchens, seems to have a much deeper grasp on religion. The God Delusion is a fascinating and intellectually satisfying look not so much at why religion is wrong, but why it almost entirely beyond any probability is not right. Dawkins meticulously deconstructs religious arguments against naturalism/secularism, and exposes them as little more than stubborn refusal to face reality. Wow! Really thought-provoking book. I definitely don't subscribe to this level of atheism by any means, but I really enjoyed Dawkins's style of writing. The only thing that was hard to follow was his biology metaphors. He uses a lot of those, especially in the middle, kind of went a bit over my head, but overall really interesting.
