This book was impeccable. I truly loved it from the first page, Maggie's writing and story she told had me hooked immediately. The atmosphere is incredible, the mythology interesting, the unique paranormal aspects infusing the story with mystery and intrigue. However, I adored this book mostly for the lovely characters that Maggie imagined and brought to life. I’m not entirely sure what I just read. I’ve never been much into paranormal things, and this book exuded those vibes. I thought most of the characters were just ok, but I did like Blue, and sometimes Gansey and Adam. I guess I expected it would be like another book series, Six of Crows, which really brought the colourful personalities of the characters and intertwined it with a great story, but this book just didn’t do that for me.
