Dnf. I liked the first few chapters and then I hit Braque and her headspace was just awful, like watching a trainwreck. So much swearing. In the end I had had enough and skipped forward to the finish. I get that this is literary but also when reading I prefer ONE point of view or at most two so I have a chance to get to know the characters. I realize these POVs all were people connected to Eva, but..... I just wasn’t interested in their stories.
I DNF'd this book. There was entirely too much unnecessary swearing. I wanted to like it since I like foodie books, but I couldn't get past all the swearing.
