What Members Thought

It has been over a week since I finished reading this book, and yet the characters are still haunting me. I just thought about them like I wanted to know how they are now, and what they are doing in "The Great Alone". This book was tossing me to and fro while I was reading it. I got frustrated with Leni & her mom Cora at times. Pissed off at her father most of the time. But I loved Leni, and wanted the best for her. Ahhh so so good. I miss these characters :(

5/5 Stars!
Where do I begin with this review? The Great Alone is a quiet, yet powerful novel. The plot is fairly slow moving, but the character development is outstanding! It started off a little slow for me but the story and her writting more than made up for that in the end. Great story. Again she made me cry which I don't often do while reading
