At first I couldn't put this book down, then about half way through I just lost interest. Yes, I wanted to know what happened and who each player was, but I didn't care anymore how they got to that point. All the powers and magic and weapons were just over the top. It just seemed to drag and just got a bit over the top. However, I will say I loved the concept of the book, it was definitely unique and well thought out.

This book was so good! I loved the '80s references and the characters. I couldn't put this down! When a book gives you heart palpitations because of the suspense you know it is worth the read. Highly recommend for anyone who likes to read. :)

I loved the first third of the book, found the middle a bit boring, and LOVED the last third of the book!!!!!

most unique book i've read in a long time. i didn't know all of the 80s pop culture that was described but i still loved the idea and the story. you will be captivated by it too if you were into video games, computers, and a little music in the 80s.

This book was great! I was a little hesitant to read it, but so glad I did. I listened to the audiobook and Will Wheaton does a fantastic job reading it. Definitely recommend!
