What Members Thought
Kate does it again! I love her books so much. This one is right up there for me with The Forgotten Garden and The Secret Keeper. TSK is probably still my favorite, but this one is close. It's true, all her books follow a certain formula, but for me it just works. I like the formula. A lot. It may be well worn, but it's also well written, and engaging, with characters to love and characters to question. It's bittersweet, tragic, and heartwarming; so few authors can really capture all those things
