Well, I'm officially a fan of Dennis Lehane! This book was really enjoyable.
The book is divided into 3 parts. The first starts out telling the story of Rachel Childs and the development of her anxiety and agoraphobia. In Part 2 we meet her husband who accepts her and loves her and all seems to be going well. Yet we get glimpses that all is not quite what it seems. Part 3 is a wild ride that I was not at all expecting!

This was a wild ride. It never stops. Ever. I definitely want to read more by Lehane.

This is my second Lehane novel read. My first was Shutter Island. I went in to this not knowing much about the plot. It came highly recommended through other readers I know and since I enjoyed the first book I read by him I thought I'd give this one a whirl. There is suspense throughout this book, but I don't think it has the same type of feel as the other book I've read. It's not quite as dark and gritty as the former, but definitely has its moments. I still enjoyed reading this book and I thou
