What Members Thought
I, once again, had not seen the movie prior to reading this and so approached this book with no idea what it was going to be other than knowing that Forster is a "Bloomsbury" member. Based on the synopsis/cover copy, I assumed the story would be along the lines of Woolf or Joyce. Both of these things led me to believe it was going to be pretty stuffed shirt.
