Libertarian Paternalism, essentially freedom of choice with guidance, is an excellent solution/helper for many problems today (big and small). There are many great examples of ways to improve, simply by offering nudges towards things that typically help the majority.
I especially liked the urinal examples. Aim is improved and spillage is decreased when stickers or any type of target is placed inside a urinal. Want cleaner restrooms? Give men something to aim at!
