I loved so much about this book. It was beautifully written, it delved deeply into the subject of race with intelligence and made me want to cheer at times with its witty rebukes such as "Racism should never have happened so you don't get a cookie for reducing it." Ifemelu was interesting and complex and I could have read another 600 plus pages about her story.

Enjoyed the book and the narration. Found myself wishing that Ifem's blogs were real and that I could read them. Introduced me to a different culture.
