I loved this book and want everyone who reads memoirs or books on science/nature to read it!
There is so much to love in this book! The discriptions of plants and soil profiles were absolutely beautiful, the struggles with bipolar disorder were heartbreaking, the misadventures hilarious! I loved the way she described being in a male dominated field! She was able to talk about sexism in a way that was relatable and honest, yet made it seem almost humorous and more manageable.
