Enjoyed the writing style, but the book was very broad and never really went into too much depth. I'm not sure who I'd recommend this book to, because there are better ones on how to plan and execute research. There are better ones on how to get stakeholder buy-in. There are better ones with actionable guidance that I would recommend if you care about any of the chapters covered in this book. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad at all, but I can't find reasons to rate it any higher than I did. ...more
