Important principles about differences between types of feedback. IMO this can be easily digested quicker in a talk, podcast or an article. I skimmed the book heavily because I realized after the first two chapters how much of the content is drawn out way too long. Unfortunately I've read a few similar books recently which didn't need to be written as books (if that makes sense). ...more
