Reread 2021

I gave this a reread because I consider Anna a friend and I was very curious about the newly released audiobook. Especially because Anna narrated it herself.

I don't have much new to say about the story, but I can say that her narrator was good. Her voice is soft and inviting, and she had a clear difference in tone between characters and narration.
I think the only problem I had was the fact that her voice for Jax was a lot lower than everything else, so I at times had to pump the vol Reread 2021

This book was a lot of fun!
I picked it up when getting into a conversation with the author, thinking I could give it a chance as it was free and all. I'm not a big reader of romance or erotica, so I was a little skeptical, but decided to read it when I needed something a little lighter than my current read.
And I'm so glad I did!

''Hers, Untamed'' was a lot of fun, both the story and the sex-part of it.
It's a sci-fi story, set on a mining planet where everyone are rather rich. Our protagonist buys a pet, which on this planet means a human/alien hybrid or alien that will work as her companion, and maybe sex-partner.

I have to admit I was a bit disturbed by the whole society of owning humanoids as pets, putting them in cages and showing them of as property. I know it is a part of our own history, but it's a part I find disturbing, and it didn't help here.
Things turn out well here, though, although I'm not the biggest fan of one or the other being ''in control'' in a relationship, either way.

That said, I repeat myself, saying that this was a lot of fun.
The story is interesting and strong, even without the sexual parts. The sexual parts were a lot of fun to read as well, I will admit that, and they were well written as well!

That is something in general with this book. It is rather well written, and compared to other erotica books I've read (not that many, I'll admit) it was a filling and interesting read!
