Bonjour! That is hello in French.

In her newest series of If You Were Me and Lived In... Carole P. Roman now offers her second book called, If You Were Me and Lived In France. This new book sends children once again to another part of the world to learn about other children and their culture.

It's an easy book for a child to read, as the author smartly provides pronunciation assistance (in parenthesis like a dictionary). I found this book well-written and informative, just right for the age group for which it is written. Now I understand why I prefer crepes over pancakes. ...more
