Really great book about accident victim, Brand Rye who wakes up to an unfamiliar reality. Confused and without a trace of her memory Brand Rye leaves the hospital with a perfect stranger, her husband. Slowly and with a deft hand, the story unfolds like a flower revealing bits and pieces of Brand's past. She must uncover her personality and values, and then decide if she can live with with her discoveries. What an interesting concept!

As I read this book I was discovering the life of the main character right along with her!
Brand is odd, wild, fiery, and a great character. She is by no means perfect, so I was fond of her from the start.

Easton however is stand off-ish, and I never totally warmed to him.
Although he did sound yummy, so I forgave him lots.

What Brand remembers is no mundane life. It's a life that's a bit messed up, and involves hunting criminals.
