I almost didn't listen to this book because I assumed, by it's title, that it's a polemic hack-job. It is not. This book is essentially a history of Steve Bannon's rise his position of influence in the 2016 election. Although smart, Bannon isn't a genius. Rather, his position leading the winning presidential campaign resulted from an improbable confluence of events and circumstances. This book details those events and circumstances.
