Hello hello hello and welcome to my review of Act Like a Lady. As someone who loves the podcast, I knew I had to have the book as soon as I found out about it. This book had me wishing for something this real when I was in my early 20s. I love how unfiltered and honest these ladies are because sometimes that’s what you need to hear. Their real life stories and questionable advice wrap up this book so well. Great job ladies & congratulations on becoming New York Times Best Sellers!

I’m a huge fan of their podcast, bought some of their merch, saw them on their podcast tour. This book made me an even bigger fan. I loved how open they were and was left with a new perspective of and respect for them. Not only do they talk about their own lives, they also give some great (not questionable) advice.

It’s 2021 it is possible to talk shit with your friends, talk about nail polish and tanning but still support issues that matter.

The first time I read this book I enjoyed a lot of it but the authors unfortunately have all changed and not for the better. If only they would speak out when things are wrong in the world or d
