Compelling writing and very meticulous and scrupulous about proving its claims. Unfortunately, I don't think it quite reaches a five-star level, simply because Newby is able to point to a preponderance of evidence but is not able to conclusively prove her case. Making a claim like "Lyme Disease was caused by bioweapons" makes you sound like a raving lunatic so you really want the case to be airtight and in the end the smoking gun is missing.
