I have mixed feelings about this book. While I liked it I went into it thinking there would be more magic and supernatural elements to it. If that's what you're expecting, that is not what you're going to get. Instead I got a very well written book about 4 generations of women who have let their family history hold them back from the lives they really wanted to live, but throughout the course of the story they each discover who they are and what they want out of life.
