My one criticism of this book is that it felt at times to be too didactic for my taste. I don't want my stories (in general) to beat me over the head with their moralizing. HOWEVER, ultimately, I didn't find that it took anything away from the impact of the story or the insane lovability of the characters. I *loved* the characters. So much. Some more than others (Rosemary felt a little flat to me, but it may just have been because everyone else was so colorful and individual and full of life), b
