Loved the story, hated, loathed, and detested the math. My eyes and mind both glazed over every time mathematics was the featured subject matter, which was most of the book since one of the main characters is a severally brain damaged mathematician, sort of a one-trick-pony, if you will. Of course, without the math there would have been no point in writing the book. Without the math the book would have been a short story, perhaps 15 pages long. This book was different than what I expected but I really enjoyed it. This book involves math and I found something pure and unique about that. Plus I just liked how it was something new, I havent read a book like this before. It's really refreshing and I just loved the storyline. I feel like it is full of lessons. Kind of book that just makes you think.
