This is an excellent fictional look into early onset Alzheimer's from the point of view of the patient. A heartbreaking tale but it gives some good insight to this disease.

So heart wrenching. I love Lisa Genova’s novels. This one didn’t disappoint.
I stayed up until 3am finishing this book last night. This book was heartbreaking but so hard to put down. Never have I cried so much while reading a book. Even thinking about it now brings tears to my eyes.
The characters in Still Alice were all believable and their reactions to Alice's diagnosis of early onset Alzheimer's all varied and seemed real. It breaks my heart that so many families are affected by this horrible disease. ...more
