This is an interesting (fictional) account based on the history of making the Oxford English Dictionary. That is, the main character is fictional but many of the surrounding people were real (volunteers, editors, press people, etc.). Okay, a bit to preachy on the subject of feminism, which is really a shame as the story is set during the suffragette movement in England. It couldn't have been handled better.
