This one was spooky at its best! A good read for October. I do have a different wish for the ending, but that would make it too Hollywood. I was definitely drawn in and had several guesses for the bad guy.

I really liked this fun page-turner. I could totally relate to Nora's inner dialogue. I found myself laughing out loud at times. It's official, I like this author.

Good book and really easy to burn through, I read it in a day. It should be known up front that this book is NOT scary, despite that it's marketed as horror, and the review on the front by Reese Witherspoon says you should be prepared to be scared. It barely even qualifies as a thriller, in my opinion. My only gripe is that the main character is pretty dense for someone who is supposed to write crime fiction. I did a lot of head shaking and forehead slapping while reading.

This book is about a Hen party, with Nora telling the story. Nora is invited to this party for a childhood friend. Nora and Claire no longer kept in touch, so it was awkward for Nora. I found the beginning and middle of the book to be interesting and page turning. The ending was not as satisfing for me.
