I had never heard of this book until one day I saw it being reviewed by one of my book friends and I thought it sounded good. It was a truly delightful book to read. Sometimes the right book comes along at the right time and that is how this book felt whilst reading it. I enjoyed this more than I expected I would and I didn’t want it to end. Recommended.
I loved this story. A.J. was one of those odd characters that you can't help but love. My sister pointed out that there was a lot of tragedy; however, I seem to like those stories as I feel that life is kinda like that. I breezed through this book in one day (it was a lazy, sit around all day and read kind of day). 4.5 stars.
