Let me start by saying that this was one of the most intense books I have read so far all year. I am ...wow, I am not even sure where to begin to be honest. But I am going to try. Also, I always strive to be spoiler free, but I may fail miserably and if I do I am so sorry.

Err... I have mixed feelings about this book. The writing style could be better, a lot better. The plot is good but the storyline feels like rambling and too far-fetched at times. There are parts that are cringe-worthy.
I have no idea if I'll bother reading the series. Maybe if the movie is any good, I might finish the series so I can compare. ...more
