It's been two years since I read Cinder and Scarlet. At the time I started Cress, but didn't actually pick it up and finish reading it until around September of 2015. I've never been super impressed with these books, even if I did find the fun and entertaining. But Winter was different!

Speed-reading at its finest. I do believe I've set a record here tonight ... 823 pages in HALF a day. Frankly? I didn't like this book. I didn't like it for several reasons:
1. It went on and on and on and ON ...
2. My G-d ... all over the place.
3. Did all these things HAVE to happen to the good guys? Did that HAVE to happen to Wolf? Not fair and not necessary at all!! I feel like the author put all these MCs through that devastation for shits and giggles. Giving them a better outcome wouldn't hav ...more
