I've finished and I have to say that I've never been more disappointed in a book in my life. This book was meant to be the conclusion to a series which has kept me engrossed for four years; that I've re read countless times and dissected amongst my friends bit by bit. I haven't felt so into a series in a long time. I enjoyed this so much, I flew through the series.
I think I enjoyed it so much because of the way the author included the mundane everyday things we do. I've been reading a lot of fantasy lately and brushing your hair or cooking something is never really mentioned in those stories. Maybe a change in genre is needed sometimes. ...more
