Maybe a few spoilers
Well, I have been waiting for years for this to come out, and alas it has!! I have just reread the whole series in about a week....starting from the very beginning and all the way through to this.

You are probably wondering why I listed this book as a favorite, and a disappointment. it's a favorite because this is the end to one of my favorite book series, however, it's a disappointment because...well...it didn't really click for me. I expected it to be more, I guess. I feel like the series kind of downhill after the first one...which was ultimately amazing, and beautifully written. For the first time I read Eragon, I thought 'hey, this is how I would've written the book if I wrote it when I was 16'. Although the plot and character building were childish,despite the story having almost all kinds of fantasy cliches, despite the blaring similarities to dragon riders of pern, star wars,etc., there was childish creativity to the book that I liked. I really don’t know where to start. I felt upset that this book was pretty slow at the beginning, I even stopped reading it and I had to force myself weeks later to start reading again. The book worried me because I waited so long for this book to publish and if for some reason I did not like it, I was going to be upset for months. Sadly the feeling I got when I started to read it was bad. I knew then that this book was not going to be as I expected.
