What Members Thought
I teetered on the line of 3 and 4. While I didn't want to put the book down, I didn't find it WOW, so no 5. I enjoyed reading the book, and I would recommend it, but I didn't feel compelled to reread it. I'll keep it on my shelf, so it's not a 2. I went with 3, only because there is no 3.5.

I don’t know why but I just cannot get into Toni Morrison’s books. I know she’s important in the literary canon, and I loved listening to her read aloud. But to actually read her novels is an experience which vacillates between torture, confusion, and boredom.
