What Members Thought
3 1/2 stars really. It was predictable in places and I may have cringed here and there, but I overall enjoyed it and want to read the rest of the series.
It took a while for the book to catch my interest. Somehow it doesn't go deep enough to reach me emotional. Nonetheless I enjoyed the Russia-inspired setting and how the story developed later in the book.

I read this book about four months ago, and I think it was good. But now I can barely remember anything about it and I'm really not sure if that says more about me or the book.
