What Members Thought

A weak ★★★★☆ for me. The setting & stories are interesting, but in the end the whole thing felt needlessly complicated. Not only did I feel like there were ends left untied, but truthfully, I wasn’t even sure what all the ends were at that point. I’m OK with an open, unresolved ending, but this was just a mess. It's quite concerning that the author thinks the Schuykill River somehow drains into the Chesapeake Bay. The idea of state troopers patrolling Route 76, makes some sense, but what are Pennsylvania State Troopers doing investigating bodies found in a well in Pottstown,

The pacing was a bit slow and tedious. The author really rushed the ending and failed to draw out the drama and suspense that the rest of the book had carefully and painstakingly laid the foundation for. Not as good as th
