I am VERY intrigued to see where this storyline goes! It starts out with a rather dystopian plot line, kids reach a certain age and are selected for a role in the community, very "Divergent-esque" so far. Then Jonas, the main character, is chosen to be the Reciever of Memory. How interesting, he will be the only person with access to the collective unconscious of mankind, but he is forbidden from sharing them with anyone. So no one remembers anything from past? I had heard of this book before, of course, but had never read it. I have no idea why I hadn't because it is fantastic.

Read this one just for knowlege of a possible book to recommend for more advanced readers. Enjoyed it very much.
I have so many questions still... It reminded me of the Divergent series. Pretty good read.
