If you let yourself go to the concept of time travel, the story is good...keeping up with who what where and when take a few chapters but once you gettha hang of it, the story takes you over.

The "Time Traveler's Wife" had problems with the bodice-ripper sex scenes, sappiness, and I felt manipulated by the author. However, the inventive narrative structure and the odd situations the characters encountered kept it entertaining. The author dealt with the old devils of time travel well: parallel universes, changing the past/present, and free will. Not to mention the practical problems of arriving naked somewhere in time. ...more

Shelves: drama, sci-fi, best-ever

Fantastic book! Truly one of the best that I have ever read. I would recommend it to anyone! Tricky writing style in the beginning, but that is what makes it a phenomenal novel.
