This is an unusual story. It is well written and memorable. Good read!

Going right up there on my favorites shelf.
This book made me feel so so much for its characters. Sam & Sadie (+ ♥Marx) are beautifully written complex individuals who forge unbreakable bonds through their formative years into professional adulthood. This isn't your typical romantic love story, but one about soulmates of a different kind. Their relationship is filled with tenderness and care, but also angst and envy, as they struggle through the trauma and tribulations that life throws at them. A ...more

This book surprised me with how much I liked it and the way it explored the different levels of friendships the characters have.
This was fine, but it felt overly long and meandering (which was maybe the point? I don't know).
