What Members Thought

A wondrous story and an intriguing puzzle. Slowly but surely, piece by piece, we find out what's going on. In the end, not all (my) questions are answered, but no matter. I loved it.

Five stars for quirky originality. Usually books feel like an amalgamation of other things that I've read, but I can't think of anything else quite like this. Also weird usually means...weird. But this is just interesting. The book makes a nod to Narnia by mentioning a lamp-post and a faun, but other than having a magic portal it's really unique.
