What can I say about Ms. Austen that hasn't already been said? I thoroughly enjoyed Ann's and captain Wentworth's tale of love gone awry, then rediscovered. I did feel that of all of Austen's female protagonists, Ann Eliot was rather milquetoast. I wish she had a bit more spine. Did she really have to be SO GOOD all the time?? Regardless, a wonderful jaunt through Regency England! ...more
