What Members Thought
Reading this book felt like I was walking through a delicious ethereal dream, fantastical but real enough. Everything felt floaty and just within grasp...and when I thought I understood what was happening, the feeling slipped from my hands and left my brain a little buzzy and fuzzy....and always wanting to know where the dream was going to lead me to next. Fate, time, moon, Max....all so beautifully stitched together.
I loved The Night Circus but I actively dislike reading this book. I don't like the main character, it's not very engaging, the author's writing style bothers me (don't remember it bothering me in TNC, but it does in this book), and I have too many other books I want to read right now.
