So, maybe I just haven't been in the mood for this book, or the writing was just too hard to get into - but it has literally taken me weeks to get through this book. I was actually excited to read a Jane Austen novel, as I remember reading "Mansfield Park" in college and enjoying it. But, for some reason I found "Sense and Sensibility" to be so incredibly slow and I had no desire to pick up the book again to continue reading. Not my favorite- love the language and Elinor and her final conquest- not about money-but love! Marianne’s voice isn’t the audiobook was irritating to me - when I read it and shoved that voice out of my head, it was much better- I think I need to revisit this one at another time!
