I was given this book as a gift. While I found the writing and storytelling style to be extremely charming (2 stars for that!), I read approximately 75% of the book before throwing it away because the promiscuous sex was unrelenting and, honestly, kind of boring. There was not much character development beyond these affaires.

Obviously the aforementioned sexual activity undermines the character's ostensible "faithfulness." (And I can only imagine the STDs... surely he would have died or been blin ...more
