This is the story of Nick and Amy, and their marriage that completely falls apart. Amy disappears on the morning of their 5th wedding anniversary leaving her husband, Nick as either a suspect in her disappearance or as a grieving spouse. The story is written in an alternating point of view format (between Nick's story and Amy's diary). It's a classic he said / she said scenario. It’s written in such a way where you’re constantly in doubt of who to believe and what you can trust as fact.
