This one kept me guessing, and I didn't expect the ending. Can't say I really liked the ending, though. I found neither of the main characters likeable, but the plot was so intriguing, and I liked the way it was told from two different viewpoints. I've got to read more by this author. Recommended.

As the book begins, I was so intrigued and drawn into the mystery of what had happened on the day this novel opened. I could hardly wait to read each successive chapter. Then as the story unfolded I became less eager. In the end I still enjoyed the book, with its twists and turns, some predictable, some tedious. I would still recommend the book, though some of the characters are annoying. Actually, I guess that's how real people are, too.
