The Heart
Does anyone ever know the heart of another? Kya is one such person as she reveals her feelings and thoughts in a variety of ways. In one of the final chapters, the author questions if Kya was isolated because of the attitudes of the town's people, or were the town's people put off by her isolation? A good question for many relationships.

I did not love this book the way everyone else seemed to. There was no character depth, it had unbelievable situations and there was a contrived way of telling the story that was annoying.
