In this book Tara Westover tells us her story, one difficult and unknown reality for many of us, she is after all a survivor of a dysfunctional family (full of violence, paranoia, religious fanaticism, etc). The way she struggled for knowledge is something that surprises the common mortal, it's impressive and unimaginative at the same time. Reading this book you can almost feel what she was feeling at times, especially at difficult moments, moments where she did have to make hard choices. Great

Me hizo reflexionar sobre los paradigmas con los que crecí, y los que le voy a transmitir a mi hija.
