What Members Thought
A really dark story following two women from Afganistan. I want to read more from this author.
Beautiful, shocking, depressing and moving, an window into a part of Afghanistan's history. I thought it was interesting how much better women's lives were when the Soviets were there. I felt a bit ignorant, made me want to dig into history more.

This was very sad, and hard to read at times. It was a little uneven, but for the most part very well written, and I felt connected to the two main female characters. I'll read more by this author.
