A fascinating insight into the life of a geisha. I was really drawn into it & couldn't put it down. I have not yet seen the film so cannot compare them. I would recommend this to any of my book-loving friends!

Although it took me an extremely long time to finish this book, I really loved it. It was fascinating how the Geisha have to live. I definitely recommend this book.
I really enjoyed the writing on this one. I read/listened to it, but I found myself listening to the book and then going back to read the section because I loved the writing so much.
The end felt a little rushed to me, though.
