As this was my first Stephen King experience, I was a bit wary. In the end I enjoyed it, although he must have written it before his infamous, "no adverbs" quote. I didn't find it particularly scary, with one exception; the whole wasp scene, and I am a wimp when it comes to horror. Maybe because it was so unbelievable by the end that when I finished I slept like a baby and didn't give it another thought. Decent read, not life changing though. I'll give some of his other works a go.
