??? Okay, I know Ulysses is supposed to be a brilliant piece of rebellious stream of conscious prose that upended the world of literature as it was and paved the way for a new age of writing. However, I have to be completely honest here. I was unable to stay awake. I have not been put to sleep by a book since undergraduate, when I had was reading thick biology textbooks for class.
