This book was recommended to me by my daughter - it's a silly title, and I might otherwise have distrusted it as pretentious literary rubbish.

I'm glad I didn't though, 'cos its a brilliant little book - an exercise in becoming the character telling the story so completely you forget there's an author in between.

I wholeheartedly recommend this especially to aspiring authors!

It was a fast read. Reading the constant autistic chattering in his head was tiresome after awhile. At first it was fascinating and then it was too much for me. The story ended rather abruptly. It has a child-like innocence about it which is refreshing. Not my favorite read, but it was easy and mildly entertaining.
